Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a Maryland REALTOR who is eager to take their real estate career to the next level with the support of an experienced and dynamic real estate team.

REALTOR Job Description:

As a REALTOR with The Zack Grimmer Group, Powered by Real, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting home buyers in finding properties through personalized service and expert local housing market knowledge.

• Helping home sellers market their properties effectively to achieve top-dollar results.

• Generating and nurturing real estate leads through networking, referrals, and innovative marketing strategies.

• Conducting local market analysis and staying up to date on real estate trends in Maryland.

• Managing real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for clients.

• Participating in ongoing training and team meetings to sharpen your skills and grow your real estate business.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Active Maryland Real Estate License (Required)

• A strong desire to build a successful business in real estate

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of the team

• Willingness to embrace technology and innovative marketing strategies

• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor Position
