By partnering with The Zack Grimmer Group, Powered by Real, REALTORS can save on licensing fees and brokerage costs while handing over their established book of business in exchange for ongoing referral commission payments, allowing for a comfortable retirement.

Joining

1.) Once you connect with one of our Agents, you will apply to Real Select, Real's referral-only office.

2.) Once onboarded with Real, you will sign a Partnership Agreement with The Zack Grimmer Group, Powered by Real.
Transfer Your Book of Business

1.) You will introduce your past clients, sphere of influence and database to The Zack Grimmer Group, Powered by Real.

2.) A structured handoff ensures Clients recieve the same high-quality service the expect.
Earn Ongoing Referral Fees

1.) When a referred Client transacts with The Zack Grimmer Group, Powered by Real, the Agent Partner recieves a referral fee. The referral fee for each transaction is dicussed and agreed to during the onboarding process.

2.) Payments continue indefinitely, as long as the referred Clients remains active.
Stay Connect (optional)

Retired REALTORS can stay as involved as they like, including; occasional client check-ins, networking events and part-time mentorship/coaching of Agent Partners.

Financial Structure of Partnership

Referral Fee

Standard referral commissions paid on closed transactions.
