Today, One Real Brokerage announced they will indefinitely extend their FREE Appraisal program for VA Loans. This program waives the cost of a home appraisal on VA loans with One Real Mortgage (formerly LemonBrew Lending). On their social media, Real Broker announced "Due to popular demand, One Real Mortgage (formerly LemonBrew Lending) is indefinitely extending its FREE appraisal program for customers that close a VA Loan with them! In a recent publication, the United State Veterans Affairs office released that there were approxiametely 38,000+ US Military Veterans without housing. The VA website is quoted as "Ending Veteran homelessness is a top priority of VA and the entire Biden administration. The number of Veterans experiencing homelessness has fallen by 11% since early 2020 and by more than 55% since 2010. Additionally, during 2022, VA placed more than 40,000 homeless Veterans into permanent housing — exceeding VA’s 2022 goal by more than 6%."
